Parisian Ham and Cheese Grilled Sandwiches

- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, like French Gruyere
- ¾ cup chopped ham
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 8 slices of bread, like a rustic French bread
- Heat a Panini grill or skillet to medium
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded Swiss, chopped ham, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
- Add in the sour cream to help hold the mixture together
- Spread the ham and cheese mixture on 4 slices of the bread and top with the remaining slices
- Spray the grill (or skillet) with cooking spray and place the sandwiches on the grill to toast. Spray the top side of the sandwiches with cooking spray
- Brown over medium heat until lightly crisp
- Cut in half or from corner to corner and serve
